Fiona Talbot is Director of Aitus Associates Ltd, an East Anglian based operation she founded in 2001. The company turns over 7 figures with an 8 figure asset base and is 100% privately owned by her (no use of joint venture partners). Her day to day priority is working in her company, using solid business principles and property strategies often overlooked by many investors, and always operating with integrity.

She can be seen on Sky TV on the show Property Graduate - Seasons 1 and 2.

This event is in person only, there is not a remote option due to the private nature of what will be covered.

4. Parking: The hotel has limited parking - please call them to arrange. Local street parking is available all day. Car parks in Ely are free but please check timings.

5. People with mobility issues or in a wheelchair please let us know after booking so we can make arrangements. The workshop will be on the ground floor. The VIP dinner will be up a set of stairs.

7. The strategies discussed are not get rich quick, or no money down strategies
