It is with great pleasure that the Tennessee Chapter of ASID invites you to attend and participate in our 2023 Annual ASID TN Chapter State Conference. It is taking place Thursday, September 28, 2023, and Friday, September 29, 2023. The theme of this year’s event is “The Joy of Design.”
Our Excellence in Design Awards Gala will be held at Saint Elle in Nashville, on Thursday, September 28. The evening will start with our ASID Top Sponsor cocktail hour to recognize and honor Past ASID TN presidents and those members of 25+ years, followed by a sit-down dinner and the much-anticipated awarding of our ASID TN Chapter winners of this year’s design competition.
This is going to be a fun event with an opportunity to network with designers and other industry partners, as well as other designers and architects from the community and state. We encourage you to attend, bring a guest or two and/or host a table.
We will continue the State Conference “The Joy of Design” theme on Friday, September 29 with a Morning Brunch, our Chapter Awards, a State of the Association Report, and a keynote speaker (TBD). We will host a Vendor Fair to take place from registration and end after our last speaker/ panel discussion. A finalized schedule is coming soon.
There are several sponsorship and vendor opportunities available. If your company signs up as a yearly ASID Top Sponsor at the level of Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze, this entitles you to a vendor table at The Joy of Design Awards Cocktail Hour on Thursday evening. This is an excellent time for one-on-one time with the design community during the State Conference. We are excited to offer our yearly sponsorship opportunities one last time. The deadline to sign up as a yearly sponsor is June 15!
