2023 San Diego Engineers Week Festival and Awards Ceremony

All engineers, aspiring engineers and engineering advocates are invited to kick-off Engineers Week during the 72nd annual San Diego County Engineering Council (SDCEC) Awards Ceremony and Reception. It is the perfect opportunity to meet with and celebrate the accomplishments of engineering society and STEM organization leaders, members and colleagues. Hear the amazing achievements of our local engineering heroes and award winners.

• 2:00 STUDENT NETWORK TRAINING SESSION (Optional)
• 3:00 RECEPTION OUTDOOR PATIO - Network with your favorite engineering society chapters and visit their displays. Soda and water provided.
• 5:00 BUFFET & AWARDS CEREMONY INDOORS - Hear about the achievements of our local engineering heroes and award winners. Cash bar starts at 4:30.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS are available for Students ($10) and for Adult/Non-students ($50) prior to Feb 13 (Late Registration closes Feb 18). Festival Committee Volunteers may purchase discounted tickets prior to Feb 5.

SAFETY - For the safety of all participants, face coverings (masks) are encouraged both indoors and outdoors. Based on the timing of the event and the latest CDPH guidelines for gatherings, masks may be required indoors except while actively eating or drinking. This is a non hand-shake zone. REFUNDS - Any persons showing COVID symptoms are requested to not attend the event. Ticket refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event minus a $5 processing fee.
