Join MassHousing for a walking tour of Bartlett Station with co- development sponsors Nuestra Comunidad and Windale Developers, and development partner Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH). Located in Roxbury’s historic Fort Hill neighborhood, Bartlett Station was once a vacant, eight-acre former bus yard brownfield – that is currently being transformed into an innovative urban mixed-income and mixed-use community. Once complete, the five-phased redevelopment initiative will include 323 housing units – 129 for sale homes and 194 apartments—and feature a creative district with public events plaza, public market, shops and interactive arts.

Tour Information:
To register for the community tour, you can choose to attend one of two sessions: 1-2:30pm and 2:30-4pm (90 Min). Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before our departure time to ensure we can stay on schedule.
The group will travel roundtrip via charted bus to and from the conference hotel and Bartlett Station site.
Once on site, the group will walk through Bartlett Station with stops to a completed rental development, commercial spaces and a development in active construction.
Tour attendees should wear comfortable shoes and outwear appropriate for the New England Fall.
The tour will be held rain or shine.
