The Office of Youth Programs would like to invite you to our limited in-person certification events. Tickets for this event are limited.
Admittance Policy
This is a timed-entry event; you must arrive within 45-minutes of the time listed on your ticket. Example: If your ticket time is at 10 AM, you must arrive by 10:45 AM. There will be no re-entry.
Only one parent/guardian will be admitted with a minor. You must always wear a mask while in the building. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home. For more information about COVID-19 please visit coronavirus.dc.gov.
Document Eligibility Check List
Please be sure to check your youth portal on the day of the event to ensure you bring the appropriate documentation. The acceptable eligibility documents list can be found by clicking here.
Parental Consent Form
If you are under the age of 18, please be sure you have your signed parental consent form. The parental consent form can be accessed by clicking here.
