2023 Essence Festival Party Bus departing Atlanta

Join us as we travel to New Orleans for the Annual Essence Festival from June 29th - July 3, 2023. This year we will be offering hotel/party bus packages departing from Atlanta along with hotel only packages. Hotel accommodations will be provided by the Marriott New Orleans Hotel located at 555 Canal Street., within walking distance of the French Quarter and the buzz of Bourbon St., the Caesars Superdome and the Convention Center.

This year's party bus will feature individual outlets, wi -fi, reclining seats, flat screen televisions and climate controlled seating. If you've enjoyed our previous trips you definitely don't want to miss this one!

Essence Festival concert tickets are not included in the price.*

Due to the New Orleans special event policy there will be no refunds given for hotel or motor coach cancellations under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit your reservation and deposit.

Quad Occupancy: $925.00 per person

Bottles and Brunch Hotel Accommodation Only Package:

Single Occupancy: $1,850.00

Triple Occupancy: $785.00 per person

Quadruple Occupancy: $650.00 per person

1st Deposit Payment of $150 per person is required by December 5th ,to secure your transportation and/or hotel.
