- New California Employment Laws. Discussion of newly enacted California legislation, including new pay transparency requirements, expanded leave obligations, and more. Get prepared for compliance.
- 2022 Year in Review. A comprehensive summary of case law, legislative and regulatory developments that will affect California and multi-state employers in 2023. Topics will include wage and hour laws, discrimination, retaliation, leave, disability and religious accommodation, and other compliance updates.
