The United States District Court for the District of Nevada is delighted to invite you to its 2023 District Court Conference.
This year’s program is designed to assist practitioners in navigating the post-pandemic return to the courtroom.
Attendees will benefit from interactive presentations on courtroom skills including navigating evidentiary issues, preparing witnesses for trial, and mastering the art of persuasion.
The Conference also features the annual Supreme Court Update and lively bench-bar panel discussions, covering which pandemic-era lessons we can build on to improve efficiency and access to the court.
