WHERE: West Mesquite High School
Located at 2500 Memorial Blvd, Mesquite, Texas 75150
WHEN: Saturday, December 9, 2022
TIME: Set up at 8:30am; Event from 10am-4pm *Clean-up & break down can start at 4pm*
EVENT INFORMATION: Each vendor space will be approximately 8x8. Each vendor must provide their own tables and chairs. Tents will not be allowed this year as this event will be held indoors. Set up is at 8:30am and breakdown can start at 4pm. This should go without saying, but please clean up after yourself and your products. Set up chart will be available the evening before the event as spacing will not be set up until after school is released that Friday.
All vendors are encouraged to advertise the event on their social media accounts to gain more traction.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please complete the google sheets form for registration or you may email [email protected] to inquire about available spots. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply via email. The main point of contact for the event is Tasha Murphy who may be reached at that email or by text at 214-860-7894. All space availability is on a first come first service basis.
When it comes to businesses such as Scentsy, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc., we will only have ONE for each. Spots will not be held more than 24 hours before offering to next vendor waiting.
All payments will be accepted by Zelle or CashApp. All payments and donations go to support the Burnt Orange Band.
*Please note this money is going to a good cause. Once paid, the spots are non-refundable so please double check your calendars for availability. Thank you for understanding.*
Early Bird registration from now until Sunday, November 5, 2023 - $35/single or $60/double space
Registration between Monday, November 6, 2023 and Friday, December 8, 2023 - $45/single or $80/double space
Same day of event registration, December 9, 2023 - $50/single or $90/double space
*$10 Discount available for High School Student Booths or MISD Teacher Booths with District/School ID*
