What's the refund policy for passes?
The refund deadline for conference passes is July 20, 2023. Passes cancelled prior to July 20, 2023 will be refunded in full..

What's the transfer policy?
We understand that plans change, so you can still transfer your pass to a colleague or friend. Please transfer your pass in eventbrite or reach out to the Clio Cloud Conference team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to change the attendee information. Pass transfers must be requested by September 9, 2023.
Is there a hotel discount?

Is there an ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The conference is open to those aged 18 and older. Evening events are restricted to those aged 21 and older due to liquor service restrictions.
