We will be honoring Loretta C. Scott, former Rochester City Council president with our Annual Lifetime Achievement Award as well as recognizing our Pioneer Award and Gloria Avis Ward Legacy Award winners. In addition, we will be paying tribute to the late, great Minister Franklin D. Florence, Sr.
