► In-person purchase: you will receive all the passes and drink tickets in advance and can begin anytime.
► Online purchases : you will receive an e-ticket for admission.
► Bring your print-out or smart phone to the exclusive Opening Party / Will Call between 6pm – 9pm on event day.
► We will scan your ticket barcode and issue your CincoDeMayoSD Passport, passes, drink tickets and a map with pre-planned routes. You may follow the suggested routes or crawl at your own pace.

Q1. Will the streets be closed?
A1. Yes, Fifth Ave is closed to vehicular traffic on weekends and special holidays.
Q2. Will this event be indoor or outdoor?
A2. CincoDeMayoSD showcases Gaslamp’s top venues hosting the top fiestas. Many venues offer both indoor and outdoor options for drinking and dining. However, drinking on the streets outside of the venues’ perimeters is still prohibited.
Q3. Is this a 21+ event?
A3. Yes, it is.
Q4. Will I be required to wear a mask?
A4. No, the mask mandate in California has been lifted for both indoors and outdoors as of Feb 16, 2022!
Q5. Is this Rain or Shine?
A5. All venues have covered spaces and are within walking distance, so rain is not really a factor. All sales are final.
Q6. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A6. All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event that you can no longer attend for any reason (including COVID), you can resell or transfer the ticket to another party free of charge!
Q7. Do I get to skip the lines at the clubs?
A7. Priority admission is not advertised and subject to the discretion of the venues. No harm approaching the door politely to inquire upon arrival if there is a line. Admission is subject to fire code capacity and guests' sobriety.
Q8. Do I have to follow a group to go from bar to bar?
A8. No, you don't. There are suggested routes and meet-up points but you are free to go wherever you like and stay as long as you like. We have a treat guide with expiration time to maximize your experience.
