The Cascadia Section of the Institute of Food Technologists would like to invite you to join us for our 2023 Suppliers Night to be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at the Doubletree by Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel. We have coordinated our schedule with Oregon IFT (2/27/23) and British Columbia IFT (3/1/23) sections to make it convenient for suppliers to attend all 3 events on consecutive days. We have again included a Luncheon & Symposium to attract additional attendees. The schedule is as follows:
All Day Symposiums for attendees
2:00 - 4:00 Supplier set up for table tops
4:00 - 7:30 Suppliers Night Table Top Exhibit
- Exhibitors who register on or before 2/15/2023: $450.00/table(booth) (+registration fees) plus one free booth representative.
- Exhibitors who register after 2/15/2023: $600.00/table(booth) (+registration fees) plus one free booth representative.
- Electricity is $20.00/table(booth) and must be added at the time of your order. There is limited availability!! **Look for the "Electricity" ticket option with purchasing your registration.
- Additional supplier representatives are welcome to attend for $20.00 per person. **Look for the "Additional Representatives" ticket option when purchasing your registration.
Registration includes a 6” by 2.5” display table, /exhibitor name tags, parking, membership directory, supplier directory on our web page and the dinner buffet for one supplier representative.
Payments can be made by CHECK or CREDIT CARD (online through Eventbrite)

No one under 18 is allowed on the exhibit floor (alcohol will be present).
**For a full refund cancellation must be made two weeks in advance. No refund within 48 hours.
There are twenty-five rooms reserved for the night of 2/28/23 at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport.
