The Broward Alliance of Black School Educator is hosting this year's BABSE S.L.I.C.E. Conference (Social and Emotional Learning, Leadership, Instruction and Curriculum, Community and Equity and Diversity) is scheduled for Friday, March 17, 2023, from 9:00AM until 2:00PM, at the African American Research Library & Cultural Center.
CONFERENCE THEME: “Leadership and Literacy: It Takes a Village”

- Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Broward County
- Dr. Tameka Bradley Hobbs, Library Regional Manager for the African American Research Library and Cultural Center

This professional learning is for everyone-Teacher Leaders, Aspiring Administrative Leaders, Assistant Principals, Principals, District Leaders, and Community Supporters. The conference is also a great opportunity to network.
