DETAILS:Equestrian event for Prep to Year 12 students from schools in South East QLD (including Home School & Distance Education students). We strongly encourage Riders with Disabilities to enter.
Classes include:
- Extreme Cowboy Racing*
- Presentation
_ Led Class
- Rider Class
- Cutting/Mechanical Cow
- Dry Work
- Roping
- Barrels
- Bending
- Keyhole
(*non-sanctioned)
Classes are just $5 each to enter.
Thursday;
+ Clinicians from all over Queensland will be holding multiple mini clinics & private lessons on Thursday from 8am.
+ A Roast dinner around the "firepit" will be available (pre-order required) with live entertainment on Thursday night from 6pm.
+ A fun roping competition Thursday night
+ Country music star Jade Holland will perform, supported by the Aldridge Music Program
Friday;
Friday will be competition day, with clinicians becoming judges. Riders will be able to put into place what they have learnt from the day before.
This event is a great opportunity to try disciplines that riders may not have tried before in a safe & encouraging environment.
NOTE: This is not an IQ or EA affiliated or sanctioned event. Students do not have to be part of a team to enter, but teams are encouraged.
