Wits Workouts are back! Wits Workouts are peer-reviewed brain health activities designed to engage you intellectually in a fun, social setting.Based on research that intellectual challenge and social connectedness are two of several factors that contribute to brain health throughout life, Wits Workout has two main goals—to provide purposeful opportunities for older adults to engage intellectually, and to increase their socialization through ongoing group participation.
You do not need to attend every session, but we hope you can come to as many as possible.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are conducting these sessions online using Zoom. We hope to return to in-person sessions sometime in the future. Please register for the event using the Zoom registration link. We will be emailing handouts to the email address you use to register prior to each meeting.
