The 2022 Vrbo Citrus Bowl will be played at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday, Jan. 1 at Camping World Stadium and will mark the 75th anniversary of the inaugural Tangerine Bowl game on Jan. 1, 1947.The matchup will pit the Southeastern Conference against the Big Ten Conference and will be televised on ABC.
In last season’s Vrbo Citrus Bowl, the Northwestern Wildcats beat the Auburn Tigers 35-19 with Northwestern quarterback Peyton Ramsey taking home game MVP honors.
Additional information regarding tickets to the Cheez-It Bowl and Vrbo Citrus Bowl will be provided at a later date.
