2022 Vision Board Creation and Yoga WorkshopCreate a visual representation of your intentions and visions for 2022! We will begin with a brief chat about the power of creating intentions and a vision board which will be followed by a slow and mindful yoga practice to get into the body to allow the mind and heart to bring your intentions to the forefront. The bulk of our time will be spent creating your vision board!!! All supplies for your vision board will be provided.
***You must bring your own yoga mat and any props you'd like.
