About the program: The Together We Heal Creative Place Program (CPP) invests in Chicago neighborhoods that have been historically impacted by systemic racism. CPP positions artists, community leaders, and residents as active agents with the ability to identify solutions to the challenges caused by racial, health, and economic inequities in their communities. CPP posits that arts-based solutions can play a significant role in addressing these issues by acting as a convener for dialogue, creative problem solving, and as incentive to vision, model, and innovate positive transformation in our communities.
