Join Desert Door on October 6th at the 2022 Symposium on Conservation Impact!
This Symposium will be exploring topics around effective conservation in Mexico and the border region, how to improve conservation outcomes for both people and our ecosystems, climate change impacts, and how to balance cultural needs in terms of multinational transboundary collaboration. The symposium will also be covering the distinct history of these regions and how the biogeography offers us learnings and insights of North America to this day! The event will bring together policy leaders, practitioners, researchers, and funders working in the region!
Desert Door will be popping up to sample some craft cocktails! If you are not familiar with us, Desert Door is a Premium craft distiller of a unique and authentic spirit known as Texas sotol. Our spirit is made from the evergreen sotol plant, native to West Texas and wild-harvested from Driftwood to Marfa and everywhere in between.
