2022 OZHK Melbourne Cup Luncheon & After Party

Get Ready Your Glad Rags! We all need to have a little fun!

It's on! With social distancing being the priority, a slightly different format is in place to meet strict COVID Safe guidelines and Hong Kong Regulations.

The day begins at 10:00 AM for Live Betting and includes bubbles and wine upon arrival, watching with excitement as the big race plays on several big screens. Gather a table of 8 (max), the return of the BBQ Buffet Lunch with a free flow beverage package between 12MID - 3 PM

Fashions on the Field will be held in a socially distanced format. Judges will come by table by table in search of our 'Best-Dressed Lady', ' Best-Dressed Gentleman' and 'Best-Beautiful Hat' of 2022.

Under Hong Kong Government Guidelines, this event requires guests to have at least Three (3) Covid 19 vaccination. Vaccination records are to be shown for entry to the venue. Seating will be arranged accordingly based on this guideline. Please drink responsibly and in moderation. We do not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any damages that result to yourself or anyone else due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

The event may be cancelled due to low enrolment, inclement weather, COVID Social Distancing Restrictions by HKSAR Government or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If OZHK cancels an event, registrants will be offered a refund minus any administration fees and charges.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

All registrants will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours of the event via email. In the case of inclement weather, OZHK follows The Hong Kong Observatory Schedule. If the Black Storm Warning is issued or not lowered 3 hours before the event and/or if T8 is predicted to be hoisted anytime during the day of the event, the event will be cancelled.

All event cancellations will be posted at www.ozhongkong.com and OZHK FaceBook page.

Australian Association of Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If OZHK refuses a registration, the registrant(s) will be refunded.
