Auckland’s only consumer show, open to the public promoting the hair, beauty & male grooming industry.

The NZ Hair & Beauty Show is a fast paced consumer show which allows consumers, the general public access to brands, products and buyers. This inaugural event (postponed from 2021) is a two day showcase of New Zealand’s professional skincare, hair, male grooming and beauty industry and is open to the general public.

General admission ticket purchase includes;

• Access to the Consumer: come on Saturday or Sunday depending on your ticket choice
• Face-to-face access to, and education from, New Zealand’s leading beauty, male grooming and hair brands
• Access to the Education Stage

• WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?

Ellerslie Events Centre offers free parking to show attendees. Use Carpark A which is adjacent to the southern motorway and can be accessed through our vehicle entrance at Gate 3.

While this carpark is advertised as being 'pay and display', Ellerslie Event Centre clients & their guests DO NOT need to pay if they park there - the parking is complimentary to them.

• WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 30-days before your event start date excluding any event cancellations due to the event not taking place. Refunds are processed by our ticketing agent EventBrite. No refunds will be issued within the 30-day period prior to the event commencing. Cash refunds are not available.

• WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY SHOULD THE EVENT NOT TAKE PLACE DUE TO COVID-19?

In the case of an event cancellation due to Covid-19, refunds will be provided to ticket holders excluding any service fees. Any donations provided for our charity of choice are not able to be refunded.

• DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

No. You can present your mobile phone displaying your order confirmation email at the show entrance and your ticket barcode will be digitally scanned by our staff to permit admission.

Alternatively, you can print your ticket (attached to your order confirmation email) and bring it with you.

• CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?

Yes, absolutely. You can update the information on your order (e.g name, email address, or answers to the organiser's questions) in advance of the Expo by clicking your order on the Tickets page and amending your details.

• IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERABLE?

Registration fees and/or tickets are non-transferable.
