This event offers an exclusive opportunity to tour Midtown's historic stand-alone homes, as well as Midtown's unique high-rise condominiums. Come see what it's like to live in this beloved historic district!
Tickets will be sold for $20 when purchased online before the event, or $25 on event day.
This year we have an added twist to the event- featuring a street fair with local vendors and live music! Vendors located at Thomas Rd. and Central Ave. As for food, we encourage you to stop by one of our wonderful local restaurants, right here in Midtown.
When: Saturday, November 12th. 10AM-4PM.
Where: The tour takes off from Central United Methodist Church - 1875 N Central Ave. Vendors will be located at the SE corner of Thomas Rd. and Central Ave.
What: A self-guided home tour, offering exclusive access to explore unique single-family homes and high-rise condominiums, in addition to vendors and music.
