The Kanikapila Kollective was created to provide ukulele clubs/jams an opportunity to come together to play for, and with one another. This 4-hour event is open to any ukulele player. Most groups currently coming are from the District of Columbia-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area. It appears other groups may be traveling to Gaithersburg for the event from greater distances, such as New York and New Jersey. This is a FREE event, but donations will be accepted to help defray the costs of putting the event on.
