The Walters Art Museum offers in-person school tours in the galleries, with opportunities for either docent-led or self-guided experiences. Please complete the registration form to reserve a date for your school group.
Tours are FREE. A voluntary contribution of $7 per student will help us sustain educational programs for our communities. The Walters is pleased to offer a limited number of bus stipends for Title I schools throughout the state of Maryland.
Tours are 45 to 60 minutes long and are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays in the mornings at 10:30 AM. A minimum of ten students within comparable grade levels is necessary for a docent-led tour. One chaperone per group of ten students is required.
After you complete your tour request form, you be contacted by a Walters staff member to confirm detail within two business days.
