We invite you to join your fellow HawkSoft users in your area for this 1 day educational meeting taught by agents (other HawkSoft users) and HawkSoft employees - as well as take the opportunity to network with other agents, and our vendors/partners who will be exhibiting.

8-10am Best Practices: Building Workflows for HawkSoft - Have you ever wondered how to train staff efficiently and effectively? How to make the process replicable and reliable? In the course we will review how to create workflow templates before moving into more advanced workflow mapping. Included is a review of actual workflows that can be modified for use in the agency. Through proper workflow documentation, consistency can be easily monitored and maintained.
10-11am API - Integrating with partners (preparing for InsureTech integration with HawkSoft)
11-12pm Functions in HawkSoft you may not be using, but you need to! In this class, we will uncover all the great things you saw in the Demo of HawkSoft before you signed up and how to implement them. Specifically, we will cover: Hot buttons, HawkLink, customized fields, quoting, tracking KPIs – what’s working/what's not, CMS templates- how to find them, etc
12-1pm Lunch with Exhibitors
1-3pm Marketing Your Agency Now and in the Future (Real Case Studies) - If you're not embracing the future (even literally the here and now) and understanding your KPI's, then you have little chance of understanding the opportunities.
Insurance Agencies, by nature, are the most risk-averse organizations in the world. This characteristic extends into our marketing. New stuff scares us (or at the very least makes us incredibly cautious) and limits our organization's brand exposure because we don't have the data to allow actuaries to tell us whether it will or won't work.
This workshop will assist you in building your insurance brand campaigns and products through engagement that offers you new prospects, different environments in which to find them, with the needed strategic benefit of understanding their value. Real-life engagements will be seen as more novel and coveted as the industry moves forward. Your brands will create experiences and advertising campaigns that create in-person engagement, resonating as a relatable human beings, while also utilizing new insurtech platforms—one step at a time, with a solid foundation through HawkSoft.

3-4pm "Campfire" - The human brain, no matter which region of the world it comes from, is drawn towards clarity and away from confusion. Throughout human history, clarity has been passed on through generations in the form of stories. Fortunately, the creation of stories require just a single apparatus that you carry with you until the day you die – creativity.
Campfire is about the art and science of storytelling. Together, we will learn:
- Why stories matter
- Why – as a manager or leader – its especially critical to share stories
- How to use stories to establish a sense of purpose for your department
- How to inspire and inform staff about upcoming projects or strategic changes for your department
- How to build a narrative around an idea you wish to promote
