⚖ 24-hour weigh in will be available (and highly recommended) on April 23rd from 9am to 2pm.
??? Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze) and the overall male and female will be based on the Glossbrenner formula.
The following will also be awarded both for men and women Powerlifting divisions.
- State Champion perpetual trophy (biggest total on formula).
- State Champion (biggest total on formula).
- Masters State Champion (biggest total on formula for ages 40 and above).
- Junior State Champion (biggest total on formula for ages 13-24).
- Best Squat (biggest squat on formula).
- Best Bench (biggest bench on formula).
- Best Deadlift (biggest deadlift on formula).
