All tickets are refundable until May 31, 2022 (except the eventbrite service fee)

We plan to design our event so that everyone is comfortable and safe. It is an indoor & outdoor venue allowing us to be compliant with all Ministry of Health requirements. The venue also has a drive-in concert area that allows us to host an event outside in your car. Our Cabana Area has been renovated with protective glass in between each cabana. Our main stage venue has the ability to have private reserved booths both upstairs and downstairs. And also bringing in the latest technologies that have been designed for COVID-19 safety.

However things are changing everyday so please be understanding. As of now are plans are as followed:

1. If COVID-19 restrictions does not allow us to have a physical event. You receive full refund (excluding the eventbrite service fee). All tickets are refundable until May 31, 2022. We will host an event online.

2. If COVID-19 restrictions limit us to the amount of people at our physical venue. Tickets will first be issued to speakers, sponsors and onsite support staff. We plan to have speakers present on our main stage and stream the sessions online. You will be notified and will receive full refund (excluding the eventbrite service fee).

These are free tickets online. The online virtual experience date may change depending on the scenario. In 2020 we hosted it in November. Date for full virtual may change. However the ideal situation is a hybrid event - both physical and virtual.
