SDRC Welcomes you to its 8th Annual National Youth Learn to Row Day. This year it is being held on Saturday, June 18th between 8 am and Noon. We will have two sessions open to boys and girls ages 10-18. Come out and give the sport of rowing a try! Each participant will have an opportunity to learn how to row, including proper use of the rowing machine (ergometer, or "erg" as it's affectionately known), as well as rowing on the water in beautiful Mission Bay! Note: SDRC has an Adult Learn to Row Day which will be held on Sunday, June 2nd.

8:00-8:10 - Sign-in & intro
8:10-8:30 - Erg instruction
8:30-8:50 - Boat parts intro on apron, split into boats, launch
8:50-9:45 - On the water
9:45-10:00 - Clean the boat
10:00 - Wrap-up
