Everyone will be placed on the waitlist and then emailed once the tickets have been confirmed.

?Non-ARC Member: $140
The event is 18+. Please bring valid ID as alcohol will be available on the premises.
ARC membership will be also verified on ASOC forms so please ensure you are filling out the correct form.

?REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY?
For change of minds, **NO REFUNDS** will be issued. We do however, allow for your ticket to be transferred but they must to be someone of the same membership.
For instance
- If you are an ARC member then you may only transfer your ticket to another ARC member.
- If you are a NON-ARC member then you may only transfer your ticket to another NON-ARC member.
Transfer of ticket must be completed before 27th September 2022. Please email us with the new name for the ticket as we need to update the guest list for the event. Transfers after this date WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
?COVID POLICY?
In the event you get COVID-19 a week before ball and are unable to make it, please email me as soon as possible with EITHER:
a) screenshot positive PCR test, OR
b) screenshot of submitted positive RAT test to the government
(a photo of a positive RAT will not be accepted, only a screenshot of positive rat submitted to the government via ServiceNSW will be accepted)
Once we are able to confirm your positive result, we will be issuing a FULL REFUND to you. As per NSW health guidelines, we are only able to issue a refund if you are a positive case as close contacts are not required to isolate.
