We are committed to constantly learning and evolving in order to train confident, centered, well rounded yoga teachers. Upon completion of this 200-hour training, you will have the knowledge and confidence to teach yoga safely in a style that is authentic to you.
Whether your goal is to step into the role of teacher and share your gifts with other, or if it is deepening your own personal growth through a deeper connection to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork, we provide a balanced training that prepares you to feel confident sharing the practice of yoga with others.
We'll support you as you discover all the ways that you'll make a difference not only in your own life, but in the lives of others. Through this deep study, you'll feel more connected to a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of the yoga practice.
