Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is appropriate for aspiring yoga teachers, those looking to deepen their yoga practice and anyone seeking a greater connection to self. Our program is designed to facilitate personal growth, greater self awareness and the skills needed to become an inspiring and intelligent yoga teacher. Our emphasis is on developing insightful self practice, intuitive teaching rooted in anatomy and alignment and integrating yogic philosophies into our daily lives. Our program is carefully crafted by local teachers Allison Tomotsugu and Maegan Adams and recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Both teachers are dedicated to delivering a high level of education and building a strong community of yoga teachers who are critical thinkers and compassionate beings.
