Develop the necessary tools and techniques for achieving certification as a yoga instructor! Flow Yoga presents a 200-hour training program that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. This exceptional program equips you with a strong base to enhance your personal yoga practice while mastering the art of teaching. No cookie cutter training but one intended for students to deepen their understanding of yoga and philosophy, to be able to adapt to teach ANY WHERE, and begin their lifelong passion of Yoga whether it's to teach or to just learn more.

Classes meet:
Every Wednesday starting 8/15 @ 5:30-9pm ( in person classes alternate online with Leda)
3 Saturdays per month: 8-5pm
3 Sundays per month: 8-5pm
Graduation: Nov 15
No classes: Sept 6 & 7, Oct 4 & 5
