Join us on Saturday the 15th of January 2022 to learn more about our upcoming training with senior Vinyasa teacher Susie Murray.
We are inviting you to join us on Saturday January 15th at 10am for our Yoga Teacher Training Open Day. This year for our Open Day you can visit our studio in Dublin or join us online. This morning will be an opportunity to visit the studio if you haven't already and meet the lead teachers, learn about the program and about the application process. Also you will have the opportunity to meet the faculty member's and ask any questions you might have.
After a quick hello and introduction to the course we will set up for a full 90 min practice. This workshop has been designed to create a space for us to become curious, open and attentive to the experience on the mat. Aptly named Wonder Flow Hatha - we will create a practice which requires a balance of curiosity and concentration, where we will flow through varied sun salutations and vinyasas with challenges of long holds and then move to an extended slow down towards restorative poses, savasana and guided meditation.
After our practice we will take a short tea break and then sit down together to open the floor for Q&A
