This unique program combines:
-Power of connection through a series of in-person weekends, online modules, Zoom calls and engagement in our Facebook group.
-Flexibility of being able to complete your online coursework at home
-Free yoga to assist in your growth!
-Benefit of feedback and encouragement from experienced teachers so that you end this experience feeling confident, prepared and excited to teach!
At the end of this training you will leave with a deeper understanding of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy and how to create a sequence. You will be able to use this knowledge to create a home practice and/or to begin teaching.
In-person weekend sessions:
Weekend 1: 9/5 - 9/7
Weekend 2: 10/3 - 10/5
Weekend 3: 11/7 - 11/9
Weekend 4: 12/12 - 12/14
Fridays 1-8pm, Saturdays 9am-7pm, Sundays 9am-5pm
