Our class alternates between full body, functional strength and cardio, ending with mobility and core work and is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise Referral Instructor. Staying afterwards for a chat and drink or snack afterwards is optional (with your 10% discount on Sip Locale Cafe!)
