*** INFORMATION SESSION July 15th ***This training is rooted in the ancient teachings of Yoga, to guide you closer to your higher Self.
We include a well-rounded curriculum with an in-depth study of the classical Yoga postures (asana). paths of yoga, anatomy, subtle anatomy and the science of breath. We dive into Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita. A must read for any student of yoga.
👉 Hatha yoga concentrates on our physical health & mental wellbeing through the practice of Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) - all to preserve and channel our vital life force.
👉 Vinyasa means to "link" or to "carefully place" vinyasa yoga links each pose/action to the next, on each inhale/exhale.
To study Vinyasa, one studies Hatha Yoga. and vice versa.
We teach thorough alignment, breath and Union. A yoga training should not be just about memorization of certain sequences or cues. We all have different bodies, (down to our bone structure) with different life experiences. Teachers must learn how to adapt the Yoga to the individual and NOT the individual to the Yoga
