Led by award-winning instructor Heidi Pascual and guest teacher Lucy Pugh, this 12-month journey will help you develop your unique teaching voice, deepen your practice, and unlock your full potential. The in-studio teacher training offers a nurturing space for growth, reflection, and connection. You'll learn teaching methodology, anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, nervous system and energetics, hands-on assists and adjustments, meditation, mindfulness, pranayama, applied yoga philosophy, and mantra. This is more than just a certification—it’s a transformative experience that will guide you toward personal growth, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yoga. The course begins September 2025 and includes 10 full weekends of full contact teaching hours and 2 months of self-study.
