200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Trident Wellness Centre is all about transformation ; taking you on a personal yoga journey that will inspire you challenge you and empower you in all aspects of your life.

Since we first opened our doors in 2015 Trident Wellness Centre Yoga Studio has taught more than a hundredths of students from all over the world of different nationalities in UAE. Our philosophy is to give you the best possible foundation in yoga to take the practice to the world – we won’t teach you one sequence to memorise or coach you to be someone you’re not. Instead we’ll give you all the skills and knowledge you need to develop your own authentic voice and teach all levels in a classroom with confidence intelligence and poise.

Our signature 200 - Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to improve practice immensely enhance your teaching skills and be transformed inside out. This course is ideal for those seeking work-life balance aspiring yogis spiritual seekers fitness enthusiasts and everyone who wants to develop and empowering skill set for personal well-being and find healing from within.

1st Option :

Weekdays | Sept 5 to Oct 28 2021

Sundays - Thursdays

10:00 am to 3:00 pm

2nd Option :

Weekends | Sept 3 - Nov 13 2021

Fridays and Saturdays

9:00 am to 5:00 pm
