The Atman Yoga School is excited to once again bring one of the most comprehensive yoga and ayurveda teacher training programs to Oslo, starting in January 2026 at the beautiful Glød Yoga studio.
In this training, you can expect to learn how to confidently teach a safe, fun, and dynamic vinyasa flow class.
We study: posture clinics, anatomy, sequencing, class planning, ethics, cueing, creating playlists, meditation, business of yoga, hands-on-assists, yoga philosophy, ayurveda, and so much more.
