Imagine immersing yourself into the deeper teachings of Yoga - in the most beautiful setting on Prince Edward Island - in a newly built resort on the beach at Old Tracadie Harbour!This training is more than just learning asana (postures). While that is a part, you will also be exposed to other aspects of Yoga, including breathing techniques, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda and more.
We have been offering this program for over 10 years and it’s so special to see the diverse groups of participants. We have seen therapists and school teachers learning how to add these skills to their current profession. We have seen retirees using this time to give back to themselves and/or teach as a way to keep active in their community. We have seen just curious individuals who have no desire to teach, but want to deepen their practice. And of course we have had many graduates go on to teach classes at various studios and community centres. This program is open to everyone no matter your background or experience.
We will meet in person one weekend/month over 10 months starting September 7th, 2024 and ending June 8th, 2025.
