Monday - Saturday 9-5:30pm, Sundays off
Schedule outline (subject to change): attend or observe 9am class in studio, lecture and YTT curriculum 10:30-5, end each day with a restorative practice/meditation.
There will be multiple breaks throughout the day, including a 1 hour lunch break
Our time will be split between in-studio workshops, outdoor sessions, and a few Zoom sessions.

Our 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Immersion will invite you to engage with your yoga practice in a way that invigorates your body, sharpens your mind, and ignites your spirit.
You will learn how to intelligently and skillfully guide students through an all levels yoga asana practice and encourage people to connect with themselves in a more meaningful way. This intensive style format is created to fully immerse you in the teachings of yoga, and make friendships and connections along the way!
Upon completion, you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 and teach and share the yoga practice in an accessible and inspirational way.

Total program costs must be paid for by January 15, 2022. No refunds after program starts on January 5, 2022. Certificate for the program will be issued once payments are complete.
*Included in registration is a 30 class pack to attend the studio classes, expires 6 months after YTT start date.
