Establish the foundation of your practice and deepen your knowledge of the rich ancient history and tradition of yoga. Whether you want to become a yoga teacher or cultivate a deep personal practice and yoga lifestyle, this authentic and transformative training is for you. The program is offered in a flexible format, with both in person and online learning. Led by experienced E-RYT500 yoga instructors and senior teachers from TYL. The Yoga Lounge Teacher Training Course is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Unlimited access to in studio and virtual yoga classes is included in the program.

- In depth study of yoga philosophy, history and Sanskrit
- Anatomy and physiology
- Asana practice, benefits and alignment
- Pranayama and meditation techniques
- Teaching methodology, foundation and structure of a Hatha Yoga class
- Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda and the Chakra System
- Adjustments and modifications for yoga postures
- Ethics and business of Yoga

Weekend 1 - January 3-5
Weekend 2 - January 24-26
Weekend 3 - February 7-9
Weekend 4 - February 21-23
Weekend 5 - March 7-9
Weekend 6 - March 28-30
Weekend 7 - April 11-13
Weekend 8 -April 25-27
Fridays 6-9pm (Virtual Option)
Saturdays 9-6pm
Sundays 9-5pm
Tuition:
- Early bird pricing - $2500 by November 8th, 2024
- Regular pricing - $2750 by December 20th, 2024

Prerequisites
- Minimum of 1 year of regular yoga practice
- A passion for yoga and willingness to learn
- Commitment to attend all sessions and complete assignments
Student Responsibilities
- Read assigned texts
- Present a research paper
- Practice teaching
- Daily yoga and meditation practice
- Class observations, homework and tests
- Attend all group training sessions
