Dates/Timings
Weekend program: Friday/Saturday 11:00-5:00pm
With the option for one week-day
200hr - 14 weekends starting February 5 until May 15
300hr - Continuing on to June 30
The 200-hr TTC provides an excellent foundation for practitioners of yoga. The 300-hr hours further develops the knowledge of practical yoga techniques and philosophy along with a strong emphasis on professional teaching skills.
