Liuyishou Hotpot is one of the most popular hotpots in the world，it will open in Houston on March.19th,2022. Now, they are in soft opening. They will serve some of the best hotpot buffets in Houston. Liuyishou originates in Chongqing and has more than 1000 restaurants worldwide, specializes in Sichuan-style hotpot. About Liuyishou Hotpot
As with many other hotpot restaurants, they serve a great variety of ingredients, including many different “parts” – brains, heart, testicles, kidneys, blood and intestines – that some might find challenging.
Liuyishou Hotpot serves Chongqing-style hot pot, which is spicy due to the addition of Sichuan peppers. There are options for beef oil and vegetable oil broths, among others, and diners can choose hot pot ingredient combos, including vegetables, seafood, or beef and lamb. The meats come presented on a wooden wheel that wraps around the broth pot. There are a la carte items available as well.
