Board Training Series – 2 of 5: The Board’s Role in Effective Board & Committee Meetings is designed to help board members and nonprofit staff lead and participate in meetings that are focused, efficient, and impactful. In partnership with the Central Texas Community Foundation, this session will be held in-person at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center and will cover best practices for setting agendas, facilitating discussion, encouraging participation, and driving strategic decision-making. Whether you’re chairing the meeting or contributing as a member, this training will equip you with tools to elevate your board’s meeting experience. This training series includes five in-person sessions. Attendees are welcome to register for individual trainings that fit their interests or commit to the full series. Those who complete all five sessions will receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge to showcase their achievement.
