Join us on Friday, 13th December from 7-9PM for a transformative Meditation and Sound Healing session led by Sevelin, an experienced meditation teacher and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.This Deep Relaxation + Gratitude Meditation and Sound Healing Journey practice is designed for anyone who needs to relieve stress. Working with the body’s innate capacity to heal itself, this practice will bring you to experience ever deeper levels of relaxation that can activate the body’s natural healing abilities.This particular session will leave you with a deep sense of well-being.

Practicing Deep Relaxation as a community, led by an experienced practitioner, creates a wonderful energy of peace and harmony. It is a practice of totally letting go and returning back to take care of our body and mind. We use the breath as our anchor to help us. Our breath is also like a wave, gently rocking us into a deep peace. In this state of rest, our body and mind can release their burdens. A lot of healing happens just by letting go and sinking into this state of total relaxation.
About Sevelin, your facilitator
Sevelin is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner with a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing. She completed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program - a 2 year teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, as well as The Power of Awareness and Mindful Self - Compassion teacher training with Dr. Kristin Neff. She is also a dedicated Buddhist Practitioner in Mahayana tradition in which she’s been attending a regular retreat for the past 7 years.
She believes in a future life where all living beings have the chance to be happy and to live peacefully. That’s why 40% of profits are dedicated to benefit others through RSPCA, Animal Liberation Project, Cabrini Foundation, and various Buddhist temple.
