We welcome Aisling Guirke back to Cúla Studio for a 2 day Intensive Workshop. This workshop will be suitable for students with 1 year + experience in Iyengar yoga.
Aisling is Irelands most senior Iyengar yoga teacher and I have been very luck to study under her for the last 15 years. Her knowledge and understanding of yoga and the benefits of having a regular yoga practice shows in her teaching and mentoring.
She has a unique style that makes her students feel comfortable and at ease whilst working to their capacity. She has travelled to the Iyengar yoga Institute in Pune, India many times where she has studied directly under the Iyengar family. She teaches weekly classes in person and Zoom in Dublin and throughout Ireland. She mentors and accesses trainee teachers in Ireland and UK. Her Knowledge and experience is appreciated by all who attend her classes.
