Let Sportive HQ take care of everything. Small group with a maximum of 12 riders.
One of the original Coast to Coast routes and possibly the toughest - 170 miles, 7332ft Climbing means you need to be an accomplished cyclist and we suggest that you are comfortable with an average speed of around 14mph over this kind of distance.
Splitting the ride into 2 days makes light work of it, the 77 toughest miles on day one bring you to your evening rest stop in the lovely city of Ripon where you can rest and recuperate ready for a less hilly 2nd day of 93 miles to Bridlington.
The Way of the Roses is already a fully marked route with National Cycle Way signs along the whole route. With 2 experienced staff to support the ride, a lead vehicle and following vehicle you can be sure that support is close at hand. Sportive HQ will provide 2 feed stops each day in our usual style along the way, roughly every 35 miles, hot drinks and great real food (and cake) to be expected.
On arrival in Bridlington, get a shower and tuck into fish and chips by the sea, we'll load your bikes ready for the journey home.
