Build your Kata coaching skills under the guidance of one of our experienced Kata practitioners. Learn about the Toyota Kata Method and immerse yourself in the Kata Dojo experience.

• The Kata Coaching experience is both challenging and rewarding.
About the Coach:
Ron Pereira
Ron Pereira is a Co-Founder and the Managing Director at Gemba Academy. He has more than 25 years of experience in various manufacturing, supply chain, and senior leadership roles.
Prior to Gemba Academy, Ron held the titles of Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, Master Black Belt, and Director of Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
Ron’s passion for teaching others the power of Continuous Improvement is difficult to match. He deeply believes, leveraged properly, the principles of Continuous Improvement can and will change the world for the better.
